Hanging in there TNA??? Im right there with ya. So far so good Rubicon! I've noticed that since Saturday, my muscles have become a little flat though - especially in the delts.

That happens. Now you just gotta figure out where to time your carbs to prevent this. You will have up and down days. We all do. Once you hit a little carbs (little) you will harden right up. Just dont overdue it. Fun stuff huh?

Hows it going TNA? So far, so good Rubicon. I went back on the carbs yesterday (about 60g) and I got my delts back!! Pretty damb quick. Since the weekend, I've noticed the cuts beginning in the abs as well.

Sweet!!! You will surprise your self. One day you will feel horrible and the next after just the right amount of carbs you are back on top of the world. Stay the course and you should be SHREDDED in no time!!!

Whats the good word Big Bird??? Hey my brother! Going good. I'm down 2 pounds so far. Nice cut in the chest, striations in the delts, friggin abs still need work. I've upped the cardio to twice a day for 30-45 minutes each time. Hopfully it works.

I've upped the cardio to twice a day for 30-45 minutes each time. Hopfully it works. Careful on the cardio. I find that if I do too much I actually go backwards. Once I cut back I get much tighter. I think it throws me into overtraining. Have patience. It will come. Just remember how long it took to put the fat on in the first place. Like I said in another post. "Iwill never get fat again!" By fat I mean over 7-8 %.. You know what you are doing will work. Just give it time!!!!

Rubicon!! How are you buddy? I'm doing good so far. I needed to take last week off from training but I maintained my diet. This week I'm back on track and it's actually easier than I thought. Today, for example, is my 100 g carb day - by bedtime, I'll only have had 90 g (with the majority coming from mixed veggies). I see when I low carb, and then high carb, the arms and shoulders look freaking great! I'm still working on the damb six-pack (though looks like a keg at times - I am determined to make it a friggin six-pack!!!) I've calmed down a bit on the cardio. I'm doing 45 minutes now but for the next couple of weeks I'm going back down to once a day (5 am OR 5 pm).

Stupid question: How long should I stay on this? Last year I dieted for 10 months straight. I think at about the 7 month mark I started to get a little insane. I would say once you feel like you are talking to yourself more than usual then take a little break. ;D
