The diet should not make you weak this early on. Okay. Maybe some days, but....... Are you carbing up every third day?

Good workout! Maybe you're rest periods are a little too short, that makes it hard to push very heavy weights. But short rest periods do make for a heck of a burn!

Today I implemented exceptionally short rest period. Don't get me wrong, the workout was great, but I just didn't feel as focused as the last 2 weeks.

Great workout Terry! Really good numbers today! I know what you mean about not being focused some days. We all have those days when we're just trying to survive another workout!

You must be getting leaner now... I'm getting somewhat leaner. Though it's still early, I've dropped a couple of pounds since I began.

You are right on. Yesterday I was so unfocused - today I was like an animal. I just kept adding the plates and kept going. Felt great!!!

Speaking of food, I officially hate tuna! Just a thought. I had some yesterday with half an avacado smashed up in it and some spices. Spread it on celery. Not bad..
