Thanks guys. Today was an okay day but I was really disappointed. Instead of the rows, I began with deads but had a difficult time with the weight. I got pissed off and decided to drop the deads today and went with BB rows instead.

Hang in there Terry! Good workout! I used to have alot of trouble doing deads and rows on the same day but eventually I did adapt. You will too! Keep pushing!
