Kneeling Ab Crunches (50 lbs): 4 sets x max
Ab Machine (80 lbs): 4 sets x max
Total Gym Time: 60 min.
Overall, a very good workout.

I finally finished reading your journal up to this point(I am trying to be nosy and read the mens) and I am IMPRESSED!!!!! You are freakin' INTENSE!!!!! And your calves!!!!! Nothing like an AWESOME pair of legs and calves on a guy!!!! Also, I have to make a comment on the veins!!! My hubby will testify, women, at least myself also love to see veins!!! I am really vascular and I will hang my arms down to pump them up b/c I have these cool little knots in my veins!!!! Their "naughty" veins!!!! AWESOME!!!!!

Thanks Kari for the kind words! I've slowly become more vascular in the upper body region but my lower body (below the knees) are a lot more prominent. I've also started noticing some vascularity in the thighs. I just wish my upper body could become just as vascular. Carol (my wife) does like the develpment in my legs but is a little uneasy about the vascularity. I told her they're suppossed to be there - they're not varicose veins!!! #bheadbanger4ga# BTW, send Terry my best!!

Overall, a pretty good workout. I tried deads again but I'm still finding them weak. I decided to drop the weight and go with higher reps for these today.

Good one bro....you`re liking those Bradford presses huh? Tim, I find the bradford press to be amazing. The most difficult part was judging the weight (I still think I'm going a little too heavy). Other than that, the workout I get from them are unlike any other press. I've even got a couple of the guys at my gym trying them out.
