I like the plan Terry! Those abs will be cut in no time… Hehe.. I love the idea of giving the name "TNA press" to your crazy leg press set I did the same for a tri's exercise in my program… The Mo's Press

Doing them after the power squats was brutal. I couldn't walk for about 2 minutes. ;D

Treadmill: 15 min. walking @ 8 incline & 3.5 - 4.2 mph
Eliptical: 15 min. HIIT @ level 8 & 5 - 15 mph
StairMaster: 15 min. Fat Burn Plus Setting @ level 10
Total Cals burned: 630
This was a hard one today especially after yesterday's leg workout but I sucked it up and went for it. By the end of today's cardio session, I was friggin spent.

CARDIO: 20 min. HIIT on Eliptical - level 10 @ 6 - 15 mph 20 min. Treadmill - Random Setting level 20 (max) @ 3.5 - 4.3 mph
Total cals burned: 600
Good workout today. I had a little more time this morning so I did more cardio. Back felt good today. I'm still feeling weak in the deads so I decided to work on partials for the next few weeks, slowly increasing the max weight each week.
Today's Diet:
p = 168 g c = 462 g f = 54 g

Good stuff. Dont pullovers always make pulldowns feel great when done prior to them?

Good workout Terry...............I love db pullovers too. Everytime I use the 100`s though,I end up whacking my head on the last few really hard reps......kinda` like what happens when you do squats!! #aseeingstars5gt# D`oh !! #bhomersimp5yy# Sorry couldn`t resist !! LOL
