Delts felt really pumped! Today's Diet:p = 168 g c = 462 g f = 54 g * still high carbing today. Carbs will drop each day once again.

A pretty good workout today. I took it a little lighter this week as was focusing more on my form. At the end of the workout, I could hardly walk.

Terry,I hurt my back once again a few years ago, and could do no squats,right before a few contests that I had planned on doing.......thi was I think,the beginnings of my re-ocurring back problems.
To still work legs hard and intensely,I decided to do 5 exercises in a row,non-stop,adding weight to each one, for 5 cycles each.............talk about pain............my then training partner punked out in the middle of the second cycle of sets. ;D
Definately a brutal but effective way to train......especially brutal on legs which are hard enough done normally as you know.
Keep it up bud,you are gonna` make some great progress, I just know it!!
