Thanks Randy & Andrew. I had so much energy and focus today that I just kept wanting to mix things up a little. But I tell ya, doing that Cybex eliptical after doing legs was brutal. It's a different machine that really pushes your quads.

I definitly believe in the carb manipulation! I believe it tricks the body into losing fat and sparing muscle! Isn't it amazing after a few days of low carbs how much different you feel when you have a high carb day?

BACK/TRAPS/ABS/CARDIO[/b]
Elite Pulldowns: 90x15 90x15 180x10 180x10 180x10
Icarian T-Bar Row: 90x10 100x10 115x10 120x10
HS Rows: 90x15 135x10 135x10 135x12
Superset a) Seated Shrugs: 60x12 75x12 75x15
b) Front Pulldowns: 60x12 60x12 60x12
Ab Bench Crunches: 2 sets x failure
Roman Chair Leg Lifts: 2 sets x failure
Cardio: Treadmill - 10 min. level 8 incline @ 3.5 mph.
Cybex Eliptical - 20 min. Interval Level
Total cals: 500
Today was light back day (only because of the carb depletion yesterday - hardly any strength!!). So to compensate, my primary focus was on getting a good stretch and keeping proper form. I decided to use the machines for some variety. Not bad but I prefer the regular rows and pulldowns. I find that I'm using more arms with the Hammer Strength and Icarian machines.
Total gym time: 90 min.

Great workout Terry !!
My gym has no HammerStrength stuff and I`m glad......I only like a few of their peices and find I feel them really good at first, but after a time,I feel nothing in the target bodypart.

Overall a good workout today. Physically I felt like crap but I managed to get through this one in about 60 min. I had an appointment with my ortho. surgeon yesterday about my ankle. He injected some stuff into the joint and my friggin foot is swollen and sore today. Also, while waiting 2 1/2 hours to see him, I was sitting right under an air conditioner and I think I got a cold. It feels like a classic hangover!
