Took one of my clients out today to look for a real gym to train in as his is PATHETIC!!!! The last one that we planned to visit was the one we were going to grab a workout at. Well, when we got there it was closed so we went back over to his PATHETIC gym and just grabbed a workout there. Did chest shoulders and tri's. We made due and blasted through. Had to through some side lats superset with Bradford press in there.... Ended up being a pretty tourcherous workout. Didnt record anything though. Just had at it!!

Today was a nice diet day. Pancakes, homefries, english muffin for breakfast. Wendy's for lunch, and now its on the pizza, popcorn and a good movie.. ;D
