Front squats are murder! Takes some getting used to, I used to do them alot. I was thinking about trying them again. They seem to work better as a secondary exercise though.

I like leg exts.,super-setted with smith machine front squats......do the leg exts. first to pre-exhaust the quads,then you won`t have to go as heavy on the fronts. Murderous combination !!

Good stuff Randy........you training DC style now? You guessed it. I figured that after proccess of elimination my body was responding better to greater frequency, but not alot of volume, DC fit the bill. Had been planning to do it for at leats a year now. Just never figured it all out until now.

Cool....I`ve been entertaining the idea for quite a while myself.
I train alone so I will need to modify it a bit,but I`ll try to keep it as close to it`s intention as possible.
Gonna` definately give it an honest shot this fall/winter.
I have heard mostly all good things about it........the only complaints were sore joints from the wussys!! LOL ;D
Just kidding,but I`m definately gonna` go for it.
Let me know periodically how your progress is coming along in size and power.

Well Tim. I am dieting. Not the best time to start DC, but it is going very well. I am all about power. I hate fluff. My physique is just a byproduct of me constantly trying to get stronger. I wouldnt have it any other way. I am still going up on all lifts. Although I picked alot that I dont normally do so that they would have to go up.
