Just swam about 15 laps. Now its off to the gym for clients and more cardio..... How much damn cardio do I need to do?

Jen is baking a cake right under my nose right now. Usually I would not care, but right now it smell's GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is practicing to make our wedding cake..

Between reading the w/o and the cardio, I'm tired. Damn buddy feeling a little need to kill the cardio or is it so you can try Jens cake out later. Fess(sp?) up Rubes.....

7/13/06 I am BEAT!!!!!! The diet is taking its toll now. Did my best today, but got burried!!! Oh well, only a couple more weeks to go. Leg curl 140 x 17.5 Squat 365 x 5 PATHETIC!!!!!!! 235 x 20 Quad stretch x 60 Ham stretch x 60 Standing calf 130 x 10 DC style

Stay strong Randy,the weights mean sh*t as long as you are training as heavy as possible for your rep goals.
It`s natural to lose some power when dieting.
If it feels heavy,it is heavy,regardless of the numbers,so hang in buddy!! #arockon6ha#

Think its time to crank up the volume a bit. The one set thing is not doing me any good right now. I am not beating anything in my book at the moment so I think I will do the opposite of what I would normally do and just bang around the gym for a week going by feel. I need some blood in these muscles. Oh and some carbs too!!! ;D

Crazy as it sounds, I could not lift anything heavy yesterday to save my life, so I just ran around and did chest and delts in about 40 minutes with no more than 15-20 seconds rest between anything. Just jammed out set after set of mostly isolation stuff. Got a great pump (finally). The crazy part is that I am fuller and leaner already this morning from it. So, heading back in today for an Arnold back and bi workout. Guess thats going to be the plan for the next week or so........

The last thing you should be worried about now, Randy, is heavy weight. You're doing the right thing for where you're at...get in there, get that pump going, and push some blood into those muscles! I don't even record the weights I use the last 3 weeks...I TOTALLY go by feel.
