Whatever gets the job done, right "T"? You know it! I've found that I sometimes get a better workout by going lighter and focusing on my form and contractions.

Its not that I realy had a choice. Between dieting and front squats being a new exercise to me, I am just awful at them right now. Last leg day for a week or so anyway. Didnt want to trash them too much.
