Haven't posted in a few days....things have been a little hectic here at home the past week...3 of the vehicles all needed emergency repairs, and dear old Dad (ME!!) was Mr. Goodwrench most of the week!! Things are back to "normal" now, whatever that is!! Finally have some time to post again!

Wednesday, March 21,2007 REST DAY!!
This week I began a new phase of my training. Let me just say that Eric has developed the most unique training routine and split that I have ever done!...( and that encompasses alot!). The guy is an absolute genius when it comes to training, and hiring him as my trainer is one of the best things I've ever done in a bodybuilding sense. I won't be posting my day to day workouts...instead, I'll post updates and anectdotal stuff from time to time. I'm doing this for several personal reasons...First, out of loyality to Eric, I just don't feel comfortable putting up the workouts he has put so much thought into developing for me,......it's a compensated service that he provides, and it is of such high quality, and personalized, that I don't think it is fair to him if I put it out there, and I really don't think what he has developed for me would necessarily be beneficial for someone else to do, anyway. Secondly,I really don't have the time to post my daily workouts in their entirity. As I draw nearer to the contest, my time requirements are increased, ...add this to my family and work obligations and there isn't a lot of time left in my day!!! One thing I am considering doing is posting pictures starting at about 12 weeks out.....have to see how feasible that turns out: transaltion...if I have time and I can get my wife to take the pictures!! In any case, this week has gotten off to a GREAT start...I absolutely love the program I'm on, and I just have a good feeling about this!
BWT 178.5 Have not started any cardio as of yet......Leaving that up to Coach.
Keith

That sounds great Keith! I'd love to see pics as you draw nearer to your show. Most of us here couldn't withstand the workload that you're able to do anyway! I'll be following your journal all the way to the show!
