Dont worry about it Hoop's.. Alot of stress there man. Just stay the course. Drop carbs down for a few days. This is where the mind games set in. Nothing big will happen for a couple days and then BAM, your body changes right in front of your eyes

Hoopie, I tend to be my own worst critic so I understand how you feel. It seems like we don't ever see changes happen fast enough! Just stick with your game plan and stay the course, its like Randy said in a few days your body will change right before your eyes!

hoops,keep using the same routine..............I`m working hard on the new setup for you but have been catching up on my sleep.........haven`t slept much at all in the past few days asnd I feel almost sick from it........walking around like a zombie and running on empty.

Feeling day 3 of the very low carb. One more day of it. W/O ok i guess!

Yep that was day 3 of a 4 day very low carb. Friday is my carb up. Really hitting me today(thursday). See how the w/o goes.

Near the end of the w/o i was spent and out of gas. 4th day of low carbs taking its toll on me. Strength starting to drop some. Had to get some arms in today for i am playing in a golf tournament tomorrow. This should be interesting if i can even swing a club. All in all cant complain about the w/o.
