2600 cal re-feed and damn did it feel good...
The rest of the week my carb totals will be 30-50g per day.

just oput of curiousity i did a bf% when i woke up. Used accu-measure which measured 3mm. chart says im 5-8% in body fat. How accurate is it i dont know but i guess it gives an idea to go off of...

I don't think it really matters how accurate the bf test is, just use it as a tool to track your progress. Thats what I do, only I just check the skin fold beside my naval, if its getting thinner I'm heading the right way!

Leg Ext 70x12,12,12 (30 seconds between sets)
SUPER SETTED CALVES
Seated Calves 90x16 100x14 110x12 120x10 130x8 ss with Standing Calves 230x16 245x14 260x12 275x10 290x8
Had to rearange my leg w/o some due to time restraints. Did the best i could with the time that i had. Legs still shaking and wably with this w/o.

Hoops, GOLD DURN! YOu must be RIPPPPPED! WOW! That's some low calories carbs my man. I'm struggling at 60 on my low days (100 on high). It's all worth it though come Monster Mash time! Hey, I'm going to have someone take 8.5X11 pics of you me chan and nitro all together flexing! OH YEAH!

Good training Steve and macros look good too................have a higher carb day here and there.....maybe 100-150 grams just to keep the body from establishing a set pattern.

Hey all cant post much the next few days. In St. Louis for my brothers wedding. Will be checking in as much as i can. Pics hopefully coming Sunday when i get home! Hoss sounds great about the pics brotha! Diet still on track here just cant lift or do cardio..ARRRRRGH!!!!

Steve,look at it as a well deserved break in your training for recuperative purposes.......gotta` trick the mind into being positive even though it sucks to miss days at times it`s a good thing to do.

I'mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm BACK! Well got back in late afternoon early evening on sunday. Long 5 days with little sleep. Diet was dead on at 4 straight days of 30g carbs or less. Did a refeed yesterday. Have to say i feel like i am fighting with my body or visa versa. Dont feel like i see any changes.

Glad you`re back bro....try 3 days at 250,200,150 grams of clean carbs,then resume your cycle.
Might help break you out of that sticking point.
