Well i might have to look for a new gym soon. was doing rack deads using the smith machine today and broke it. I was able to fix it however the owner tells me and my training partner that it cant handle that kind of weight. He doesnt want it to be loaded over 315. That creates a huge problem for me on my 3 big movements. Deads, rack deads and squats. Never thought i would break the ends of the bar on a smith rack...guess i need to start looking again....

Seem to be still pretty strong in the gym Steve... and still totally on track day after day with your diet! Awesome discipline buddy!

Back in the day we used chalk, we screamed,we spit,we sh*t,and we puked and bled while training,and no one even noticed!! Pansy ass fitness centers are what they amount to now!! May as well have chrome dumbells and carpet,with flowers in the foyer and napkins at the juice bar while you watch soap operas on TV!! Don`t get me started dammitt !! ;D
