REP RANGE WEEK Monday 1-16-07 LEG WARleg ext 140x10,10 squat 135x6 225x6 265x12,12,12(last RR week i got buried on my 3rd set at 8 reps. Very happy with this!) Single leg press(cybex seated) 160x15 170x15,15 glutes 170x20,20 leg curls 120x8 130x8 abductions 110x14,14 adductions 110x14,14 single leg curls 60x12,12 calves 200x20,20,20,20 weeble wobble legs during this w/o! Great leg w/o. Had to fight a headache thru the whole w/o. Had a headache when i went to bed last night and it came back at the gym. Had a good solid leg w/o. Now to get rid of this headache..

Seems like my body is fighting my diet. Figure i have been going at it since the 18th of Dec. with only 2 days taken off for the Holidays.

Steve,what`s your height,and how are you looking right now as far as bodyfat goes?
Your body might be telling you thast you should be a Middleweight if you are pretty lean.
I remember trying to get down to lightweight c;lass in the past after competing as a lt. wt. for years,and my body just wouldn`t get that light anymore.
I weighed 153-154 onstage,noe onstage ,I`m about 12-14 pounds heavier at about the same conditioning level.

I dont know though. Going to take pics this weekend and post them up for some opinions.

Wednesday 1-17-07 Chest and Shoulders
Incline DB press set 1: 50x20 drop 40x20 set 2: 50x20 drop 40x12(failure) set 3: 50x20 drop 40x12(failure) drop 30x10(painfull failure)
seated cybex bench 170x10( too heavy now) 160x10,10
flies 50x12,12(my chest was freaking fried at this point)
Milt. press 185x7,8(i think chest w/o affected my shoulders also sh*t this was heavy)
bent laterals(head resting on incline bench) 30x10,10,10
cable side laterals 20x12,12
All i can so is OH DAMN MY CHEST IS ON FIRE ALONG WITH MY SHOULDERS! EXCELLENT w/o!

Hoops, you and I are about the same ht. so I can easily see you growing out of the light wt. division.
With all those intence leg and back workouts you've been doing plus the good nutrition its certainly going to happen over time.
