Agree, for extreme results we often need extreme solutions: Lowering the carbs to almost zero, doing longer workouts, increasing the intensity of every set or working out more often!! But you seem like a very determined guy Steve, i have NO DOUBT you'll succed. Stay focused to the objective, at the end you'll see the best version of steve you've ever seen!

Thanks for all the great advice fellas. I did a refeed yesterday and starting today i am going to hit 50-100 on carbs then resume my cycle for another week. Last week i kept my carbs under 100 all week i believe. So i thought a reffed would be a good idea.

Hoop, I'd keep one day in there for upping the carbs by 50-100%. I'm sure you're fairly lean at this point already................a BIG breakfast on Sunday ( whatever I want) is my favorite way to do this.

Nice workout Hoops!
I save my leg day for Saturdays.....this way if I'm "crippled" at the end of the workout, I can limp out of the gym and crash the rest of the day if necessary!
Plus, on Saturdays I know I can take my time on my workout. No Rushing. Just work the muscles to oblivian!

Not a bad w/o. Felt a little heavy today. I stopped one of the supplememnts that i was taking about 3 days ago and have noticed a change in my physique. I think it was causing me to hold water. I looked much leaner and had a less bloated look this afternoon when i woke up.

PICS!!!, PICS!!!, PICS!!! I will work on that Rubes. I am 12 weeks out this weekend. Was going to wait till 10 weeks out however i will try to get them up sooner... Off from gym today just cardio for 30 minutes on the treadmill at home and a total of 75g of carbs for the day.
