I did arms today.....then cardio...and was running out of time at the gym....
But kept on thinking, that if I had more time...I'd like to go back and hit it again!!!!!

Monday 1-29-07 LEGS
Squats 225x10 235x10 245x10 225x10 205x8 ss with leg press 300x10 310x10 320x10 325x10,10 (missjudged the weight on squats. needed to go lighter at the start! My quads were on fire at the end)
lunges 30x15 40x15 40x12(i literally fell over on the 12th rep. Done with 1 minute break between sets)
leg ext 70x15,15,15(45 sec rest between sets and it hurt! god i loved it)
standing calf press 210x20 230x15 245x12 260x10 270x8 190x20 ss with cybex seated calf press 210x20 240x15 270x12 300x10 315x8 250x20 (calves done with half reps to failure after each set and oh damn did that hurt)
Legs are like rubber bands. What a great freaking w/o!

Damn good leg day Steve!! #arockon6ha# Those Super-Sets of squats and leg presses arte a monster.....did `em last week for the first time,got 10 with 245 on squats but started out at 185......next time I`ll start at 195 and try 255 for 10 as the heaviest weight. My squats are still not up to last years weight after I hurt my back,but training this way......who needs 315 or who could do it anyway....only Keith!! Good one!!
