Hoops.... I feel ya buddy.....Whenever I look at my pic's, I get mad too...it's not the body I see in my minds eye...I always feel I'm a little further ahead, then I see my pics! But...it all comes around. If anything I did lewarn that a plan WILL come togehter if you work at it. I have one pic from a show last year, the pic came out really bad, too light of an exposure, but when I look at it, I can't believe it's really me! I'm kneeling doing this twisting double bicep shot showing my back, arms, and quads......and I'll be damned...I look pretty good, if I don't say so myself!!! Just keep at it friend.....it will all come out...you'll see ;D

Steve, seriously you look very good on your 11 weeks out pics… just stay on track! You know what you need to do since the April show (it's an uneasy job i know) so do it.
…. By looking at your Monday's diet… I know you are doing your homework, it's a matter of time buddy!
Working harder than the previous workout EVERYTIME you are in the gym, eating low carbs and high protein… the receipt is simple… the execution of it is not, but i know you are motivated, so i know you'll do it and beat you last year physique!

Like everyone said, 11 weeks is a long time and you will do it! Just use those pics to motivate you! It always helped me imensely to post pics regularly last year! Keeps ya on your toes!

db flyes 40x12,10,10 ss with db press 50x12 50x5 drop 40x7 40x9 *done with 45 second rest between super sets*
dips bwx20 rest 1 minute bwx13
crossovers 70x20,20(slow)
I had NO drive, focus, energy, & strength today. Kids stayed home from school due to bad weather so i didnt sleep but 4 hours this morning. I was supposed to do 30 minutes cardio however when i came home from the gym i crashed for 2+ hours. I was exhausted/tired/beat!! It shows in my workout today. My shotgun dose and Tetra 5 didnt even help me today.

totals 195/50/85 1745 cals or 1800( i always round up) *screwed up these today also. thought it was supposed to be a low carb day at 75. Nope it was supposed to be 125 so i just kept with what i was doing for today.

Good job brother......did you get sore at all,not that it really matters. Boss that was probably one of the best back w/os i have had in a while. my Lats are sore this evening. Also for having a horrible w/o yesterday on chest its pretty damn sore today also. Feeling good Boss!

Keep hitting it bro......Ireaaly hope we get to meet up in April, but I'm not sure if I'll be doing that show, or the one 2 weeks later in Canton Ohio. Haven't decided yet. Too many outside factors influencing my dicision.
