Hoops... Diet looks good. Nice to see that you planned around the LIFE activites of the Dr. Appt and your daughter bb game!!! Good thinking! Keep hitting it bro......Ireaaly hope we get to meet up in April, but I'm not sure if I'll be doing that show, or the one 2 weeks later in Canton Ohio. Haven't decided yet. Too many outside factors influencing my dicision. Keep hitting it man!!!! NICE JOB! Thanks Frank! I hope you do hit the show with me in April! It would be great to meet up with ya and hit the stage with ya. Life events have effected my cardio the last couple of days. But thats ok, some thing just cant be avoided. I got my w/o's in and my diet is on the spot so all is good.

Lateral raises 15x20,20,20(30 seconds between sets)
bent laterals 20x20 25x15,12,10 30x12(done as you go i go with training partner)

Its been a hectic week for me with doctors appointments and basketball with my 2 kids. Its effectd my cardio bad this week. Will be getting back on track tomorrow thats for sure. Good w/o and fun was had by all. My training partner kept asking me if i was trying to kill him.

Crazy weight on the Stiff deads Steve.......good workout bro.
I have burnt out many a partner over the years too.........only my two twin cousins,and 4 other people hung with me for any length of time.
The woman I train with now,would bury most guys in the gym and she is gorgeous and feminine,but trains like a psycho....takes any workout I throw at her and exceeds my expectations daily.
Never thought I would train with a woman but she is hardcore.

Thanks Boss! Training with a woman would be hard enough let alone on to that she is gorgeous. The guy i train with me is the original person that got me started in lifting when i was in 7th grade. She is gorgeous,and quite distracting which helps me to focus...kind of!! LOL The kid who got me started had a great physique...........he`s probably an old fatman right now!! KEEP PUMPING!!

Cardio for Friday
treadmill 3.2mph 10% 30 minutes 3.0mph 4% 4 minutes(cool down) 300 cals burned
interesting start to my cardio. I took off like i normally do and thought my hammy's were going to snap. So i backed off the speed from 3.6 to 3.2 and it eased up on them. so i stayed there for the whole 30 minutes. Damn hammies are sore as hell today...

Saturday 2-3-07 CARDIO treadmill 55 minutes 10% 3.3 first half hour then to 3.5 for 25 minutes 5 minutes cool down 565 cals burned
at about the 40 minute mark i started to get real wobbly. Pushed it a little more. Figure was getting a little hypoglycemic.

If I'm home...peanut butter snaps me out of it.
If I'm at the gym, I use Endurox" as a recovery drink. I usually start sipping on that and it levels me out a little bit. It has Dextrose in it, and carries 52 g of carbs.

Last 5 days has been pretty low carb. Start doing a refeed for the next 2 days with 100g sunday and 200 monday. YUM YUM
