Hoops........nice job today. I get that way sometimes too. If I'm home...peanut butter snaps me out of it. If I'm at the gym, I use Endurox" as a recovery drink. I usually start sipping on that and it levels me out a little bit. It has Dextrose in it, and carries 52 g of carbs. Thnaks Frank. The only problem is that i am zero carbing it again today. Last 5 days has been pretty low carb. Start doing a refeed for the next 2 days with 100g sunday and 200 monday. YUM YUM Its working Hoops. Just checked out your new pics

totals 192/75/50 cals->1518 *I really dont think my carbs and fat were that high i just rounded them up a couple incase i miss figured some where. I do this every night usually.*

AT THIS POINT MY QUADS ARE COMPLETELY SHOT TO HELL!

Wow Hoops, you are really dieting hard! I've never dieted that strictly in my life! How long until your show? Thanks Joel. I am 9 and 11 weeks out this saturday. Got my entry form today for the 28th show. They added a welterweight class, from 154 1/4 to 164 1/4. I am happy with that. Still want to skrink wral it up big time. I am crossing over on the 28th and going to do the mens novice under 165 and men open weight class to be determined.
