I am not tracking my macros from this evening thru Christmas.. I'm not going to ingorge myself but i will enjoy dinner with my family tonight and tomorrow. I promised my family that i would do that with this contest run. I watched all week and busted butt. The macros are back on the day after Christmas though and they were cool with that.

What a w/o. I had weeble wobble legs so bad. i Blasted the sh*te out ofmy quads and hams. Knees kept buckling when i walked. Had a kid train legs with us who thought he knew how to lift. Oh can you say PUKE.. He was looking bad after squats and there was a long way to go yet.

As of 2 weeks ago i was 180. I havent hit the scale yet to see if i lost anything. I want to come in at 155 or less. My last show i weighed in at 155.5 and i thinki could have been a little leaner.

Thursday 12-29-06 BACKstandind cable pullovers 67x10 72x10 ss withfront pulldowns 170x10 180x10(5 x-reps/set and static holds) UH grip bent bb rows 205x8,8 225x8(PR) cybex seated Rows 170x12 180x12 190x12(6 x-reps/set) close grip pulldowns 140x14 145x14(5 xreps) 155x14(3xreps) stiff arm pulldowns 62x10 ss with bb pullovers weighted hypers 25x20 35x20 Well had a BIG problem occur during my end of w/o super set. did my first stiff arm and went to do my bb pullovers and had a HORRIBLE pain in my left shoulder. I have a lot of trouble doing pullovers of any kind because of this shoulder and this time almost set me down for a long while i think. I need to find an exercise that i can replace pullover with. I have taken TO many chances with pullovers. Its just one of those exercises that my shoulder can rotate properly with. I have done damage to it before wheni wrestled in high school and i think its coming back to haunt me. I was having a GREAT w/o up to this point. Freaking focused, intense, stronge and pumped. I was slicking on all cyclinders. I have arms today so we shall see what happens..
