Hoops, I wouldn't take any chances with that shoulder! I would definitely stick to movements that don't aggrevate it. Shoulder injurys are hard to heal. I injured mine a couple of years ago from basically not listening to my body!

Good workouts Steve,and avoid pullovers like the plague if they bother you that much.
I hurt my shoulder on Thursday and I won`t be training again until this Tuesday,because my gym is closed.....hope it recovers as it seems really bad this time.
If not,I`ll try to train around it.......we both have too many goals set to get hurt now!!
