Finished Week # 1 CKD...onto week # 2. Weight @ 160.0 lbs...will try to get a bf % tonight.
Carb up was "interesting".
Didn't expect to get a headache right after my first meal. Didn't expect to be extrememly tired. Slept...a LOT! Back to Low days now.......and the journey...marches on!
AM cardio....30 min.
Meal # 1 Zero Carb + 12 Almonds.

Wow, that diet does sound pretty tough but you are doing an amazing job. Way to keep pushing through.
I'm surprised that they allowed you to go so long for your first tan that you burned. Usually they start you with a 1/2 session and then work your way up, real tan or fake tan, you have to take care of your skin. Hum, gives me an idea, I haven't been able to go for a tan as it hurt to stand still for that long but, since back is feel GREAT and it's raining, I just might pop on over for a dose of feel good. #bbeach3nu#

Yea buddy! I was there....3:45 to 4:15 am.....kicked it up a bit since it looks like..17 days ?
Jumped off and did a few sets of crunches.
sh/shower/shave.....protein...almonds...off to work!!!!
High carbs day tommorrow! BOOYA!

Just got home from the gym VERY stressful day at work. Total body wo today to deplete on day 5 of low carbs. supersets/no rest/2 sets per body part. 45 min cardio = 30 treadmill/15 elliptical I am physically and mentally spent today. Short term memory and mental focus feels affected. Tommorrow carb up day= 300g low glycemic carbs. Getting meal # 6 and going to bed. I'm trashed!
