Thanks Joel....I hate having to adjust things and eat light like a bird, but carbs just do not like me.
I told EBA84 aka Eric Brugh today that I`m going to go with the high protein, fat, and zero to low carb approach for my next contest.

I told EBA84 aka Eric Brugh today that I`m going to go with the high protein, fat, and zero to low carb approach for my next contest. Sounds like a plan! Eric Brugh looks like he knows what he's talking about. It seems like a higher intake of EFA's would be beneficial to fat loss as well as helping retain muscle mass and fullness. We'll figure this thing out eventually, in our quest for the ultimate contest condition!

Thanks Randy.........never did tan,so no pics, just gonna` throw on Pro-Tan and go for it. If I post pics,I`d at least like them to be as flattering as possible. Maybe this week I`ll get my training partner to take some with the tan on and post them if things work out alright. I`ll definately tan before the New Englands!

Couple more days my friend....
Read thorugh your posts here and saw you may try Erics diet plan. It is tough but it IS working for me, I have to admit. Between his ideas and yours (supersets. trisets, Monster sets...)I've come a long way with your suggestions.
Stay safe with our crazy weather....you know you'll be in our thoughts and prayers.......now.....
