Thanks Steve !!
I am just doing an easy 30 minutes cardio plus 6-9 sets of abs on Thursday morning.
Normally,I would train up until Wednesday only, but I`m trying to drop a few pounds if possible.
If you are happy, just rest on Thursday..........if not,go easy, and get in and out....then rest up.
Go by how you look.

Once again Tim, I am awed. That's crazy training when you're so depleted! Have to ask though ... Face-Pulls: 1 x 30-4 plates 1 x 25-4 plates What are these, exactly? Are you training to be in the sequel to Face-Off with the Travolta and Cage?

Thurs. Apr. 12th.
20 minutes walking on indoor track and 3 sets of Rope-Crunches to failure with 10 plates.
Most of the time I just pushed my partner through her workout.
Checked myself out at the gym with much better lighting than I have at home...two coats of Pro-Tan,and I must say,I`m looking pretty damn good right now.
Big confidence booster, as I usualluy have none until the battle starts.
