I went lighter on deads today. My lower back has been feeling a little weird. I went to my chiropractor today for an adjustment. Its about time for a week off anyway. I was going to train next week but I may take off instead. Otherwise things are feeling good! bdwt. is up to 208 and I still look somewhat cut! My skinfold at the naval area is still under 10mm. I use that as a barometer of how fat I'm getting! This time last year I was at 22 mm!

Sounds like you are making some terrific progess, Joel. I'd probably go with the week off if I were you...sounds like your body is telling you something. Great job,my friend.

I love tha Hammer Strength Row. Is that what you are refering to with HS row? Yeah Randy, Thats the one. We have three different ones at my gym. One is a high row, one has a reverse grip, but the one I use looks like the one you see Dorian using.

I was using True Protein's dextrose, or just mixing in Gatorade powder like Mo, but lately I've been using a creatine dextrose transport formula that I found at Walmart! Its working just as well as anyother that I've used and I've never had issues with stomach upset. The stuff's called Hardcore Strength Creatine its got 6g creatine, 42g dex.,its also got some aminos added to supposedly help with creatine transport. Got a wicked pump from it so I guess its okay. Cheap enough at 15 bucks for 20 servings.

pre workout 25g whey 6 g creatine 42 g dex.
post workout same
dinner 10 oz. chx. 1 cup black beans and rice
snack 25g whey 2 tbsp. almond butter
Gotta suck it up this week I've been a little lax on the diet lately! bdwt. 209.

Whew!! Just playing around some with some different rep ranges this week. I'm going to take next week off.

Gotta love them db lunges ay Joel! NOT! them damn things kill me. Work well but kill my quads. Nice poundages with those high reps my friend. Oh and your diet looks delicious. Man i am hungry....
