Chest and biceps bench press 275x6 265x6 250x6 incline dumbbell press 100x9 90x10 HS decline press 180x13 close grip 180x13 wide grip barbell curl 135x10 135x7 incline curl 35x10 35x10 ouch HS curl machine 70x12 Flex curl machine 80x12 wrist curl 115x12 reverse wrist curl 65x12 Good pump today, maximum swole! Not the best weight I've ever moved but it felt really good and under control. I was planning on doing calves today but I ran out of time.

seated cable row 180x13 180x12
barbell shrug 405x12 405x10 405x9
behind back upright row (Lee Haney style) 115x12
standing calf raise 265x10 265x10
seated calf raise 3plates x12 3plates x10
seated calf press 180x12 180x10
Did all the calf exercises with a 3 sec. pause at the bottom of each rep. Ouch!
Did I ever mention that I love doing bent over rows! I got a terrific pump today, I thought my lats were going to explode on the seated cable rows!
Recovery week next week.

Hey Joel ,the whole Tubby ordeal is probably just alot of boosters complaining plus the fans.
You know how it is, we haven't won an sec championship in awhile plus losing 4 straight to Vandy, florida and lossing games to tennessee is not acceptable.
I would say Tubby is ok this year but if we struggle next year he might get his ass kicked to the curb.
If Randolf Morris goes pro we wont have a true good big man so we will be hurting because the forwards sux.

dumbbell lunge 65x6 65x6
lying leg curl 105x6 105x6
stiff leg deads 225x6 275x6
Just re acclimating myself back to training this week. The squats were cake! Even though it was light I'll be sore as heck the rest of the week!
I'll just work on using perfect form this week and increase each week until I get to a maximum overload.

He thinks tubby is safe right now because of 2 incoming freshmen. 1 is a power forward and the other is a true point guard. So i would say tubby will be around next year

Great workout today! I could have went much heavier and I will next week! The dumbbells in my gym go up to 150's so I think I'll have plenty of room to grow!lol
The standing wrist curl was new for me. You just curl the weight as far outward and as far inward as you can.
