Good workouts Terry! Mike Mentzer was my bodybuilding idol back in the 70's when I was in high school! He was in his competitive years at the time and his physique was somethin else!
Looking back on it I believe his original training methods were the best. He got to the point in his last few years where he was taking the need to rest and frequency of workouts too far. I made some great gains training with his original training though!

Thanks Tim & Joel! I've enjoyed this week so much, I decided to continue for one more before I hit the Crapp again.
Over the weekend, I decided to start shredding!! I'll be doing cardio everyday (except leg days) pwo and I might add a brisk walk in the evenings. I'm going to try to get into potential contest shape. The diet is officially on!!!
Right now I'm around 14% BF. Not too bad considering I've been bulking since August. The BF actually went down. My goal right now is to get as low as possible (hopefully 8% or less).

Machine Lat Raises: 110xfailure
Machine Rear Delts: 140xfailure
Weighted Dips: bodyweight x failure
Cardio: 20 min. HIIT on Cybex Eliptical
A great workout! I was able to up some of the weights and still maintain perfect form!!

Cardio: 45 min. walking on treadmill - 8 incline @ 4.5 mph. Total cals: 650
Hanging Leg Raises: 4 sets x fatigue
Ab Bench Crunches: 2 sets x fatigue
A really good workout today. Lots of energy and total focus. It's on baby!!! BOOYA!!!!!
