I think Mo has been kidnapped and is now being kept by some mad scientists! They will put him through lots of tests to see how the hell a human being can be in such great condition #amuscleman4dx# Or my other idea is that he is being held for ransom Please forward the sum of (Dr Evil moment) ONE . . . . Marie-Eve looks spectacular as well....be sure to tell her that the WOTW family says "Congratulations" on her effort as well. I'd love for my wife to look like that!!! (First I might need to get one though!) I really dont know why, but as it happened every years after my first contest, my metabolism seems to be a lot faster after the show! I was eating an average of 90g to 110g of carbs to maintain my bodyweight before the show… and now 6 days later i must eat something like 180g to 220g to maintain my 193lbs! If it's like last year, i'll be able to stay at this point for 2-3 weeks before the effect dissapears! I'm also a lot stronger, wow i'm back at some of my off season lifts: Dumbel curl with 70 instead of 60 before the contest, Squat with 8 plates instead of 6, Tris dumbel extentions with 125 instead of 105… wow it feels great… and i feel like i dont want to diet anymore But i'm focus enough to stay on it untill mid-June. So here is the next steps: - May 6th: Guess posing at the FAME Show of Montreal (No pro category at this show) - May 20th: To be confirmed… Guess posing at the FAME show of New York (No Pro category at this show) - June 17th: My first Pro show and my last show of the season at the FAME World on Toronto

Thanks Randy! Terry that would be awesome to see you in Toronto! But aside from my routine, which i think will be very entertaining, i dont predict a "Maurice's show" at this event… i'm not even sure if i'll have a call out at this level of competition! But hey, let stay positive ;D if i'm having workout like i had yesterday till the show, no doubt i'll grow and be up for the challenge! Mo,don`t go doubting yourself now buddy!! You are a Pro too, just like the guys you`ll be competing against!! You also train heavy and hard, and consistantly........just like they do!! You also know your body, and do cardio, and diet strictly........just like they do!! You also think positively................just like they do!!(Remember??) You also have a team of people behind you who care about what you`re doing,and they can never have one as good as your team!! One more thing Mo,get pissed,train hard,and show these guys that the new Pro on the block, is soon gonna` become the best Pro on the block! Now get busy and bring home some more gold!! #arockon6ha#
