Thanks for those comments guys.
That will sure not be easy… as it is always intimidating to be agains people that we consider our own idols or references! But one thing is for sure, i'll do everything to show confidence and not intimidation on stage! Anyway, it'll just be FUN as usual!
And Tim, i also remember Ian from those late 80's or early 90's musclemag magazines! He is something like 42 y/o right now! In fact, aside from Benoit Myre, at 26, i'll be the youngest competitor of the list above.
As you said Joel, i'll stick to the game plan. I know what i have to do and what i need to bring up to be competitive in a middle-long term basis!

I'll try guys, thanks! Week ending april 30th (week #20) - 7 weeks out from The WNSO Toronto Pro show - 1 week out from the guess posing at the WNSO Canadian National M.........335p.....180c.....7,5 L.....(legs).....................................192lbs T..........Tested "sh*te load" and deshydratation...187lbs...fallowed by (chest-calves-forarms-30 mins cardio) W.........340p.....200c.....8,0 L.....(bis-abs).........................................194lbs T...........340p.....185c.....8,0 L.....(Shoulders-traps)...............................194lbs F ..........340p.....155c.....7,5 L S............315p.....240c.....7,5 L…..(tris) S............345p.....190c.....8,5 L.....(legs)......................................193lbs Average 335p…210c Felt a lot more stronger since i increased my carbs intake after the april 15th show... so i wont complain. I just hope that i'll still be able to keep them at this level without adding bodyfat until the mid-june show! And considering that i dont need to enter a weight class (195 lbs and under) for this show, i'll listen to the miroir more than the scale.

^^ #smileygrouplaugh5js# I went to a martial arts show yesterday Mo, i got there too late to see the exhibitions and other stuff as i was mainly going for the fight night which was a couple of hours after the exhibitions etc. As i walked round i came across FAME doing some kind of display Thats the first time i have ever seen bodybuilders up close on stage and going through the poses #arockon6ha# The people with me said that some of the guys were my size but with more muscle ;D ;D Shame i didn't have much more time as i only caught a few mins, but those guys really impressed me. I havn't got the confidence to be up there, but who knows what could happen over the next 3-5 years? Back to what Randy said . . . . where are ya Mo? ;D

I'm back guys … i was just very busy getting prepared for a guess appearance at the FAME National show last week end (i did the prep like it was a real contest prep) + helping some clients getting prepared for this same show ( My real job is in marketing, but as a side line and especially as a passion, i prepare some guys for bodybuilding show). So i'm pretty tired, but it was a great week end so worth it! I think the audience enjoyed my routine, a client of mine finished 3rd in the middleweight class and Marie-Eve kept climbing the FAME fitness ladder with the performance of her life and a 2nd place overall… she was so close… So starting tomorrow, back to posting!(And posting loooots of pics ;D )
