6/27/07 DB side lats 4 sets of RP and drops + holds etc... Seated db press 4 sets of RP + 1 set of drops Overhead DB ext 3 sets of RP + drops Rope push down 3 sets of RP + drops RAMO style!!!

I've been doing chest and shoulders together this cycle but I'll probably go back to chest, bicep. next cycle. Its tough to do shoulders immediatly after chest!

I've been doing chest and shoulders together this cycle but I'll probably go back to chest, bicep. next cycle. Its tough to do shoulders immediatly after chest! I was doing everything on its own. I am now switching to chest and bi's as well Joel. This way I can hit everything once every 5-6 days.
