Killed chest and Bi's earlier today, then headed up north to hike The Basin. Great cardio workout.

7/1/07 Just hit the track today. Repulled the same calf muscle I pulled last week!!! Oh well. Did the stadium stairs anyway. 2 x each way! Love these!

You're keeping up one heck of a training program Randy, you must be in the best shape of your life! 5 plates on T-bar rows is awesome. Its tough to keep from being pulled over the front of the machine with that much weight!

Its a sad night. Movie night without pizza. I am not eating any for the next 4 weeks!! I am making an egg white pizza for myslef and a whole regular for Jen. Lets hope I dont mix them up ;D

Hit legs at a new gym today. Used some odd equip. It was ok. Feeling weak from dieting though..
Squat 365 x 4, d- 315 x 4, d- 225 x 6 365 x 3, d- 315 x 3, d- 225 x 4 315 x 6, d- 225 x 6, d- 135 x 12
Some sorta leg press 260 x 10,4,3 RP 280 x 8,3,2 RP 300 x 6,2, d x 4, d x 3
Leg ext 220 x 12,4,3 RP Then did RP by alternating L + R 60 x 12,6,4 L + R 80 x 10,4,3 L + R 100 x 6,3,3 L + R + drops on each
Leg curl 130 x 8 130 x 6 120 x 7 100 x 6 90 x 8 80 x 8
1 set of box lunges. (Good stretch) 100 x 12 each leg
Walking lunges 50's x 10,5,3 RP 50's x 7,4,3 crash to the floor. GAME OVER
Quad + Ham stretches and OUT!

Just went out for a 20 minute waddle with Jule. My pulled calf still hurts and my quads are cramping like ya read about!

Good workouts Randy, yeah the diet does take the edge off of your strength, happens to everybody! Just keep the intensity high like you have been and stay on point with your diet! Sounds like you've got in under control!

7/4/07 Hiked Mt Moosilauke. BRUTAL!!!! 4000 feet STRAIGHT UP!! OH MAN!!! We were beat down by this mtn... One of the hardest I have ever done. I can handle plenty of pain (Ask Mo), but this was BRUTAL!! We did the whole thing though. The low carbs def. didnt help
