My only advice- up the activity level before you you cut calories. It's a wiser decision, and especially better than raising activity AND lowering calories. Unless your recipe is to lose muscle? More activity is always better than lowering calories IMO. I agree YB.. I actually raised calories through fat and lowered carbs, which leaves me with a higher calorie level ;D I have increased activity level with weight training and cardio.

Just make the nessasary adjustments, nothing too radical! By the way it sucks gettin old! I uses to get ripped eating nothing but carbs! ;D Just get tough Randy....once you get back into the swing of the diet,you`ll be fine bro! I know. I am actually already leaner just from today and BW went up a little. Good sign

MY BACK IS FRIED!!! Its NEVER been this sore before. Maybe oen time with Mo, but I think this is worse. I LOVE IT!!!

BRUTAL day today. Scrat was Scratt'n around the gym. I almost sent him packing. He focused after a while and we were good to go. Tuff Sledd'n though. May have over done it tonight. Cant even remeber everything we did. It was a major SHOCK day thats for sure. Chest and Bi's will be imobile for a couple days!!
