Still unbelievable numbers James! You are super strong in the back and legs especially! thanks Joel! Took a few days off to rest and recover and hopefully grow, last week was brutal in and out of the gym. Going to hit it tommorrow. Feeling recovered, and may have grownlast night was up to 264!

Very strong today---Legs-------------- - Life fit leg ext ( warmup 75 x20lbs, 90 x 20, 330) unilaterally with the entire weight stack+ 30 =330 x 5 + 2 forced rep and 2 negatives alternating each leg up ----preex with --- - Hammer Leg press.( WU 4 plates a side + 125 llb carriage, 8 pl a side, 12 plates a side), 12 plates a side + 10= 1225 lbs x 4 neg act ea leg!, up 20 lbs a leg! 11 plates a side + 10 unilaterally= 1135lbs x 4 RP each leg! - up 20 lb ea leg! --------------- Squats-(Wu 315 405 ,) Parallel squats 635 lbs x 8! reps, - up 10 lbs down a rep ----- Leg curl. - warmup 170 Unilaterally-170 x 4 RP ea leg! up 15 lbs a leg! Great workout! A bit different, but you guys say I am crazy strong, after today Im beginning to agree with you, lol! ------- Back------------------ {Note. Power rack broken , had to use squat rack for power work} changed things up today. Started with deads as I've felt stalled on these. Paid off big time, but did make this more of a power lifting session, at least til I got to rows}. Deadlifts {wu 2 high rep sets with bar , 135x5. 225x5, 315x5. 405x 5, 455x 3 rack deads from lower thigh{ wu 495 x6}. 675x6, 765 x5!. 855x 1! From Knee level 765X 1 BB rows, (w/u 315,) 405 x5, 460 x6- up 5 lbs and 1 rep Smith machine one arm rows, w/ U 105 x 6 each arm, 285x 4 RP ea arm! - assist on last 3 Up 20lbs an arm! 300 x 5 neg ea arm! -- - -------- . ------ DELTS---- Smith machine Seated Presses {did because of the broken power rack} (WU 1 pl a side. 105,. 2 pl,195} 245x4. This next set I did by lowering 3 plates a side for a negative all the way to the bottom, then jumping up, quickly stripping a plate off each side, pressing 2 pl a side to the top., adding a plate and repeat ) x6 negs. 5 pos. DB. Laterals 90sx 7 . Bentover laterals 90s x 6 1/2 -- BW before workout 261 ( 1 meal and 2shakes before wo. Menu- 930 am whey and creatine 1130 am 3 egg ommellette, pancakes, coffee. 530 PM 24 gr whey protein, creatine, multivit, 2 B complex,. 8i30 PM 24 oz whey , creatine. 1000 pm 15 oz bacon wrapped filet and diet coke.

Thanks guys.! Joel. Actually they dont., lol. The Dbs only go to 125, which is why I invented the smith machine one arm row. The leg machines I've maxed out on along with just about every upper body machines, which is why I started all the unilateral stuff. It wasn't cause IM SOO clever lol.

Well, I underguessed my weight. Came home and weighed myself. Slacks. No shirt. No shoes. 266!. My original goal was to get to 270 lbs before starting the cutting phase in Feb. With almost 4 months left, its apparent I will hit and exceed that quite easily. Im going to continue to go for pure mass. But with no fixed number. Im thinking it will be 275-280 at this rate. Time will tell. From the pics today, Im estimating Im about 25 lbs over competition weight. That would put me at 241, 4 lbs under my projected weight.hopefully this means I can come in heavier and more massive while stii getting shredded!
