------- Back------------------ Started with deads again. Had only 1 1/2 hrs total including warmups so pushed the pace a bit more and cut a few sets out. Deadlifts {wu high rep set with bar , 135x5. 225x5, 315x5. 405x 5} 460x 2. Rack deads from knee{ w/u 495 x6}. 700x3 BB rows, (w/u 405 x5}, 465 x5 Smith machine one arm rows, w/ U 105 x 6 each arm, 285x 4 RP ea arm - assist on last 3 . 315x 5 neg ea arm! - up 15 lbs!- BB shrugs 600 x 8 preex with smith machine rows 285 { 3 plates-a side} x 5 + 1 FR! BB upright rows 225 x 9! _ up 2 reps -------- . ------ DELTS---- BB Seated Presses {(WU 1 pl a side. 135, 185, 225 x 1} 245x4.- did these one nottch lower in rack so upper arm was slightly below parallel at start of ROM DB. Laterals 95sx 5! PR in weight only. Bentover laterals 95s x 6! Biceps _____ Naut preacher curl stasck+9- 209 4 RP eah arm! assist on last 3 Modified BW before workout 267 didnt eat much before workout, 1100 am a danish, coffee and water w creatine. 1 pm w/o 3pm bottle frappacino 4pm 17 oz fillet bacon wrapped, diet coke

10/26 Good workout, very heavy. ----Legs-------------- - Life fit leg ext ( warmup 75, 90 x 20, 345) unilaterally with the entire weight stack+ 45 =345 x 4 RP, alternating each leg ----preex with --- - Hammer Leg press.( WU 4 plates a side + 125 llb carriage, 8 pl a side, 12 plates a side plus 25), 12 plates a side + 35= 1275 lbs x 5 neg act ea leg!, up 20 lbs a leg! 11 plates a side + 35 unilaterally= 1185lbs x 4 RP each leg! - up 20 lb ea leg! --------------- Squats-(Wu 315 405) Parallel squats 645 lbs x8! , Seatwd Leg curl. - warmup 180 Unilaterally-225 x 4 RP ea leg! up 15 lbs a leg! Assist on last 3 . Stack 255 9 + 2 FR! ------calves-- ------ Standing calf raise stack 395 x 15, 10 had to stop at that point, had to get to work. Will do pecs and tris either tonight or Wed. Legs, esp. Quads looking bigger and thicker
