Tough as hell but very rewarding. No cardio today since my legs were trembling.

I dont know what your current diet looks like right now "T", but i would add some extra carbs on your Back days!
Also. Do Deads every other week. I would do Rack lifts on the opposite week as well

Since I workout at 5:45 am, I'm following a timing a buddy at the gym recommended. Totally different from what I was doing but it seems to be working! MEAL #1 - pre w/o MEAL #2 - post w/o MEAL #3 - 1/2 hour after MEAL #2 MEAL #4 - 1 hour after MEAL #3 MEAL #5 - 1 1/2 hours after MEAL #4 MEAL #6 - 2 hours after MEAL #5 MEAL #7 - 3 hours after MEAL #6 MEAL #8 - 3 hours after MEAL #7 MEAL #9 - 3 hours after MEAL #8As for the due date....maybe November

How much? pre - 30 g protein from WI, 1 scoop Veggie Greens, 7 g glutamine, and 5 g BCAA, 4 oz OJ, 1/4 banana post - 40 g protein from WI , 7 g glutamine, 5 g BCAA, 7 g creatine, 20 - 60 g dextrose (depending on which carb day it is)

This is what I have been doing PRE: 1.5 scoop Carb Slam (Waxy maize) + 2 scoops VasoCharge+ 1 scoop Xtend BCAA's + 1 scoop EAA POST: 1.5 scoops Carb Slam + 3 scoops Xtend + 1 scoop Glutamine 15-30 minutes later 1.5 scoops whey 1 hour later: Next meal Dextrose seems to be fine. I was looking for waxy maize for quite a while but nobody seems to carry it here. The closest thing I found was vitargo. As for bloating, I haven't experienced any with dextrose. Prior to my current regime, I was using Size-On and NO Shotgun. Also, forgot to mention, for my current pre w/o, I'm using an EC stack.
