This was an absolute annihilation of the legs! It was a new PB for squats!! (10 plates)

Legs were still sore from yesterday's workout!

A pretty good one today. Rotator was a little sore from my chiropractic adjustment yesterday. Had to take it easy.
On a positive note, my buddy Kevin and I have decided to train together and get into pre-contest shape. Neither of us feels ready for November. The size is there but I'm still unable to go full force with the rotator issue. We are planning to compete together in the Toronto Classic in June. It's a long ways away, but we've decided to train for size for another month, and then....IT'S TIME!!!! ;D

This was another great workout. We're sticking with this for another month to put on more size and then...the change!!

Hey guys. Sorry I haven't been around. Work is really taking its toll on me this year. Training is going great but I haven't been able to post. Hopefully things will slow down a bit.
Next month I'll be going into contest mode...you heard me correct. Kevin and I are going to train for our contest in the spring and try to get into contest shape slowly. Right now, I'm 190 (from 205). The workouts and diet are going great.
