After some soul searching, I've decided to reek havoc once again by going back to my most successful workouts of all...ala YATES BABY!!! I'm going with the Blood & Guts workouts with a little Mentzer and DC thrown in for fun.
Diet looks something like this:
Carbs: M/T/Th = Moderate Carbs (100 g) W/F = Zero Carbs Sat/Sun = High Carbs (around 200g)
Protein: Lots of it
Fat: Moderate to low except on Zero Carb days where I'll be upping them a bit.
One cheat day a week - probably on Saturday
LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED!!!!

Incline Chest Press: 275x14 RP
Machine Flat Press: 180x8
DB Flyes: 55x8
Cable Cross-Overs: 50x12
Incline DB Curls: 45x8
BB Curls: 105x8
Single-Arm 90 Degree Machine Curls: 60x8 ...immediately followed by, partials - 60x4
Cardio: 30 min. Walking on Treadmill
Total cals for entire workout: 1200
An awesome workout today. Felt great getting back to business.

Hack Squats: 6 plates x 12
Lying Leg Curls: 90x10
Stiff Deads: 165x10
Single Leg Curls: 70x10
Standing Calves: 395x12
Seated Calves: 6 plates x 12
Cardio: 30 min. Walking on Treadmill - 8 Incline @ 4 mph
Total cals for entire workout: 870
Another awesome workout today. Good strength and excellent focus.

Rear Delt Machine: 140x6
Bent-Over DB Raises: 50x10
Machine Hypers: 280x12

Cardio: 35 min. Walking on Treadmill
A really good workout today. Rotator cuff seems to be healing up nicely and thus allowed me to do some exercises that I wasn't able to for a while!! The real test for the rotator will be tomorrow's shoulder & tricep workout.

An excellent workout today. Shoulder felt great!! I found the week off made a lot of difference. It allowed me to rest the shoulder and give it time to heal. ;D

This was the best workout yet!!! That's all I can say is RAMO is not for the weak at heart. It kicks serious ass!!!
