Hanging Leg Raises: b/w x max RP (3 sets)
Exercise Ball Weighted Crunches: 20 x max RP (3 sets)
Floor Crunches (feet elevated): b/w x max RP (3 sets)
Totally brutal workout, considering it was cardio & abs. Using the RP on the abs was a nice change. Felt a really good burn.

It's one thing having your wife tell you, but when others start noticing, it's sweet!!;D

This was one very tough workout! I was totally pumped. The last exercise is one of my favorite old-school tri movement. You basically lean on the smith machine bar and simulate a tricep ext. using your body weight. Simply awesome!!

My buddy Kevin & I really tore it up again today! We really pounded the chest and bi`s. Felt great. In between sets, Kevin was helping me pose. Things are coming along. Weight is down to 192. Looking cut in the chest and legs. Abs are still a ways away, but we're getting there!
