i have kind of a long torso, should i sport trunks that are high, like a classic cut or an american cut?? i dont want that old time look, but i dont want my loose skin hanging over either.

I would suggest a higher cut trunk because it will balance your long torso vs regular legs more. And you can push the excess skin down the trunks and tape it in too

Agree with Beckie on all counts about the hard work and trunks. Will not be easy, but looks like you can do it. Good luck!

You can do a lot in 8 weeks! You will need to do as Beckie said and go all out! But thats always going to be the case! No such thing as coasting into these shows, the competition isn't going to!
Best of luck and keep us posted!

With that kind of muscular physique Bags, from now on, dont worry about your muscle mass... you have plenty... so make sure you lose an average of something like 1,5 lbs a week... and you'll be ready!
It's going to be easier to evaluate you condition at 6 weeks out... so keep us posted with new pics!!
Keep going Bags, you can do it!

Sound painful too! You know the weird thing with me is I get vascular as hell on low carbs. Everyone is different, I lose vascularity when I cut sodium. Stay on point, as Tim would say!

wow did i need that carb up today, i feel ten times better. i usually save all my carbs for the 5 meals following my lift but today i ate a rice cake with a little jam and dextrose just to see how better a pump i would get since i was so depleted (so i can start to figure out how the last week will go) and MY GOD, it doesnt take much at this point to get a good pump.
whey, grapefruit lift-back/bi's 45 MIN low intnsity cardio, 15 mins HIIT whey/dextorse/malto tuna/rice cakes whey/rice cakes tuna/yam whey/yam
also munch on fat free saltines throughout the day.
bought a new camera so new pics in a couple days LOVE BAGSY
