its hard at this point to have focus but i've been able hold true. i'm just so damn warn out at this point with 2 hours of cardio daily. At the final push now though. October 13th-pose in undies, October 14th, bust the seem on the undies at the casino buffet lol

do i wish i had more time? of course. but its been 11 months of training for this and 20 weeks without a cheat and i cant wait to get out there!!! cardio is 2 HIIT session (35 mins each) AM and PWO. i've stopped CKD and have gone back to my good ole carb cycle. I'm sittin here right now getting my protan/depletion all set up for the last week, i am going to try to keep it super simple as i really dont know what i'm doin. just a quick update, i'll post up some pics in a day or two

2 weeks and 1 day to exact. Here is my tanning and nutrition for the final week, let me know what you guys and gals think. Also A FDB and a BDB from today. Tanning procedure for last week: Tuesday: last day in tanning bed Wednesday: Last body shave then 2 coats of Protan at night ( 2 hours inbetween applications) Apply only coat to face, hands, feet) Thursday: 2 coats PT (AM and PM) Friday:2 coats PT (AM and PM) Saturday morn: Shave face, apply 1 more coat of PT if need Hotstuff for show aswell as PAM if i think i need more sheen. Nutrition/water/sodium saturday(8 days out): 3 gallons water, last 2 carb meals after AM cardio Sunday: 4 gallons H20, 4 meals of 4 oz chx breast with glass of salt water Monday: Same as sunday Tuesday: 3 gallons H20, diet the same sun. Wednesday: Last depletion WO, 2 gallons H20, diet the same as sun. Thursday: last AM cardio, 1 gallon H20 last meal will be chx w/ yam, no sodium this day Friday: continue carb load with no sodium, 1/2 gallon water and chx w/ .5 yam every 3 hours Saturday morn: trace H20, breakfast will be 1/2 yam with 2 rice cakes (one with PB and one with regular jelly) right before pump up: couple reese cups 200mg caffeine after every meal durring the week dandeloin root: how much how often and starting when? thx guys. . .HOME STRETCH!!!

changed some things, instead of the tanning booth i am getting a mystuc tan today, monday, and wednseday morn Today however:
35 min HIIT Cardio 4 oz chicken, rice cakes (last carbs till thursday night), salt water, 200mg Caffeine, 1.7gram dandelion root, Multi, extra B vits 4 oz chicken, salt water, 200mg Caffeine, 1.7gram dandelion root 4 oz chicken, salt water, 200mg Caffeine, 1.7gram dandelion root 4 oz chicken, salt water, 200mg Caffeine, 1.7gram dandelion root 3 gallons water
lol, i looked crazy in the store yesterday, orange as the day pushing around 114lbs of distilled water in my cart

last leg workout yesterday (sunday) I am very tired but almost there. . .5 days!!!
30 min HIIT Cardio 4 oz chicken 4 oz chicken, 2 tbsp PB LEGS: Leg press, 3x30 leg raise, 3x30 leg curl, 3x30 saving calfsfor later in the week
4 oz chicken 4 oz chicken 3 gallons of H20 lots of gum, lots of skoal lol
