Good workout Randy,and I`m impressed by your diet.
I`m still eating a bit too crappy and hopefully will get it together soon..............pasta and bread are becoming a staple as well as junk here and there,but cardio starts today.

I leave that kind of eating for Sundays.. I have dramaticaly increased all my cals though. Lots of carbs finaly. Bumping up each week.

It's great to fallow your journal Randy! You are a very good friend and an excellent bodybuilder... I wish you the very best in what you are trying to accomplish! What would also be awesome is to step on stage with you next year...
PS: You made me laugh in the general section when saying that you tried to get the Christmas decorations out the day after Halloween :-) hehe!
