I see your sticking with a very basic simple workout lately. Whats the overall plan look like for this off season? I plan to train very heavy. Overload will be the key for a while. I dont plan on doing anything fancy. No frills! I will incorperate more RAMO tactics after I am done with overall mass and strength in order to refine things. Stay tuned.. Oh yeah. I may dabble in a little power lifting. Seems like fun to me!

Routines like this are how I've always made my best progress. I know alot of bodybuilders swear by getting a good pump and volume training. I have no doubt that it works for them but for me its always been training heavy for low reps and brief workouts that got me my best results. Anything else and I'm just spinning my wheels not making any real progress.
Impressive numbers Randy! When you get to those target weights you will be bigger! No doubt about it!

I love this routine right now. It will change soon, but I am riding the wave. I am shooting for some big #'s.. I am thinking: Bench press = over 315 Pathetic I know, but... Deads = 600 Squat = 525 +
