Eric your leg days are just plain out SICK LOL LOL. Stayed tuned for next weeks leg workout. I may lose my training partners over this one. I was going to do it last night but still not feeling 100%.

I have two good partners, They hang in there pretty good although they don't usually do everything I do. They scale it back some on the reps and sets.
