That squat workout reminds me of an old Tom Platz workout where he would squat for 10 minutes with 225! I think even he would have trouble keeping up with you though!

I heard his leg workouts were totally insane but I can see how they definitely would work. I saw a video of him squatting 495 for something like 40 or 50 reps. Crazy.

I think you have out done yourself once again. NICE!!!!!!!!!!!! This workout opened up new ideas so they should get even more insane in the future. The soreness is all the way to the bone and all the way around each leg.

Eric........I borrowed your squatting for time idea in my leg workout....to say it was brutal is an understatement!!! I only did one set, and believe me, that was enough!! I didn't tell my brother what we were gonna do till I got to that part of the workout......his only remark...."Damn Brugh!!" ;D he was still feeling queasy yesterday! Your training is looking absolutely insane! Well...NORMAL for you!!

Thanks Steve. How is the powerlifting going? I talked to Jim. He said he benched 440 at a weight of 197. That is pretty impressive for a natural guy.

I am going to keep trying to add 30 seconds per leg workout and see how high I can get. My legs are still sore today from last Thursday.
