What's your between set rest like these days, Eric? Rest between sets is the amount of time it takes my partner to do his set. Usually a minute or so. I train very fast.

Eric, the workouts are looking very good. I know your very focused on this show and like you said its going to be a very tough one to boot. Have you given any thoughts to what you might do if you win a pro card?

Have you given any thoughts to what you might do if you win a pro card? I haven't really though about it. I would love to win one but I know how tough this contest is as I did it in the past. If I did win one, I would probably compete in some of the Masters pro shows they are having next year. I know of at least two that are on the IFBB schedule but like I said, I am taking one thing at a time.
