And from what I remember, Eric's traps were not... let say... a lagging bodypart! :-) The Nationals are yours Eric!

Eric is a beast! Maybe some day I will tell you about the first time I ever saw Eric (mr. pittsburgh 1989). That contest seems like a lifetime ago. That was the third contest I ever did at the time. Remember when I beat Greg Kovacs at the 92 or 94 Pittsburgh? (can't remember the exact year). Man was he pissed off. lol

Workouts looking good Eric!
Have you lightened up a bit? I'm used to seeing higher numbers on your weights.
The intensity of the workout looks awesome.
16 weeks to contest for you?

Haven't really changed anything. Actually using a little more weight then I was using. I haven't posted too many of my workouts recently due to be very busy and not having the time. Chest numbers are a little lighter. Trying to let my elbow tendon heal before I start dieting. 21 weeks till the contest.

Cool. 21 weeks? LOTS OF TIME! I know what you mean about the elbow. Due to the size of my forearm, when I "lock-out" on a bench press for a PL meet, it "appears" I'm not locked out, but I am. So, in order to make it appear that I am locking out, I lampost have to hyperextend my elbow on the lock out. Unfortunatley, it takes it's toll as the weights get heavier. I'll be interested in watching you're prep for this contest.
