Terry....I usually train "you go, I go" all the time. Really jacks up the intensity. Keith I tell ya Keith, this is brutal. I hardly have time to catch my breath and there I am again hitting the iron!! #bheadbanger4ga#

A good workout today. Rotator is still acting up. Seems to be giving out with the DB presses. #awtf6mm#
Diet changes - I've upped my protein intake and have decreased the carbs. No changes to the sups. except for pre-w/o meal. I'm now taking Amino Vital pre-w/o instead of straight BCAA.

Great workouts "T"! Sorry to hear about the RTC! You icing it? Thanks Randy. I am icing it but my chiropractor thinks it may be my pec. I just had some acupuncture done on it and it feels a lot better. I'm going to eliminate db presses for the next month and only stick with the bb presses.
