Well I texted Mo today to let him know that I do NOT think I will be able to swing the MM show on April 26th.. Just not enough time to diet. I cant do any more cardio. Becomes counter productive. Cant drop calories any faster. Same reason. I am going at a good pace and I am happy with the progress thus far. Its just not going to cut it that soon. I need a looong prep. 8-10 weeks is def not long enough. I tried!! This is a major lesson learned and something that I have been thinking about for quit some time. I dont think I want to, so called, "Diet down" for a show anymore. I plan to continue with my diet in order to be ultra shredded for whatever show I decide to next (This season). From there I will NOT gain unneccesary fat weight.. I want to look at a show that is happening within four weeks and decide to do it without a big hassle. NEVER again. I promise you that. Time to live very lean! I will not comprimise gains doing this. I will steadily increase cals during the so called off season, but it will not be a whole switch of macro's... It will be mostly the same foods, just more of them. Making the switch seems futile to me know. Anyway, thats my story and I am stick'n to it..,

Its like a huge weight lifted off my back. I think its NUTS stressing out about trying to peak in 16 + weeks. I will stay so close to contest shape that it will be a snap to drop in... I love my diet as is so this is NO problem. My diet is so much different than most.

Sounds like a good plan Randy. I decided last year not to get too fat in the off season, it just isn't a good idea at least for me anymore. I eat basically the same year round with the exception of a few treats here and there.
Nice workout, looks like you're DC'ing it.

I have no reason not to switch right now, so we'll see how I feel by the end of the week.

I know what you mean, I like to stay on a set schedule for a set number of weeks. im like you guys in that respect. In fact, I have some exercises that I ALWAYS do, ie, Squats, dips, Calf raises, rows, presses. I do rotate in or out some VERSIONS of these, or other exercises. I do that when I feel stale ,burned out or very bored, not when a program says to. For me, this keeps it more fun and interesting. But, to each his own.
